How long is my rental for?
A one-day rental is for use during the same business day. Equipment must be returned by closing time unless otherwise arranged. Weekly rentals are 7 consecutive days.

What time can I pick up and return equipment?
Pickups and returns must be made during our normal business hours unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Do you offer weekend rentals?
Yes. Weekend rentals picked up Saturday and returned Monday are billed as a one-day rental unless otherwise noted.

What happens if I return equipment late?
Late returns will be treated as an additional rental day and charged accordingly.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available for a fee and varies by equipment and location. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Is there a damage or cleaning fee?
Equipment must be returned in the condition it was rented. Excessive dirt, damage, or misuse may result in additional charges.

Is fuel included with my rental?
Equipment is provided with fuel and must be returned at the same level. Missing fuel may be charged.

Do I need experience to rent equipment?
Renters are responsible for operating equipment safely and properly. Basic instructions are provided at pickup, but prior experience is recommended for certain equipment.

Do I need an ID to rent equipment?
Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of rental.

Can someone else use the equipment I rent?
Only the renter listed on the agreement is authorized to operate the equipment unless approved in advance.

What if the equipment breaks down during my rental?
If equipment becomes inoperable through normal use, contact us immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself.
